What is the difference between acrylic nail tips and full acrylic nails?

Someone tells me that tips start in the middle of your nail, and that full starts at your cuticles. Is this true?

the full ones include tips from the half ones are overlays no nail tip but your natural nail is topped with acrylic.

If you are wondering why I don’t have labels on my bottles, its because these were the products I used during my practical examination. In my state, all containers must be labeled. But they don’t want to see the brand. Hence why they were all removed.

Wrap Material: Originails Fiberglass wrap.
Resin Accelerator: Originals Cherry Rap Dry
Nail Glue/ Resin: IBD 5 second Resin
^^ It cost more than a basic nail glue, but I love the brush.

Also, if you are wondering why my thumbnail is so short. It completely broke off and a wrap didn’t help. lol, trust me, I tried.

Could you use elmer’s glue to glue on gems on your nails?

I made my own french tips, and I was thinking about putting a little gem on them. I don’t have nail glue, so it okay if I use elmer’s?

Yeah, you could do that. When the glue has dried, go over your nails with clear nailpolish. This will help to seal the gem onto the nail.

Purchasing proffesional nail acrylic without a license?

So I have been doing my own acrylics for a long time now. I started with drug store acrylic and then purchased from sally’s. All the acrylics I have lift and yellow, and I would really like to try some proffesional supplies, such as NSI, does anyone now of a website that doesn’t check your license?
